Pranayama: The Sanskrit word Pranayama comes from Prana (life energy) and Ayama (to extend, draw out). The practice of Pranayama dates back to ancient India and the origins of yoga, said to be around sixth and fifth centuries BCE. Regular and sustained practice of Pranayama can supercharge your whole body!

Karma Yoga: Karma Yoga is an ancient spiritual concept. Carrying out one’s duties without any attachment to the results is Karma Yoga. Krishna suggests that karma yoga path centres on dharma (Duty) and work (actions).
